This guide covers how to set up your No Love Lost dedicated server on Legion Hosting, configure startup variables, and connect to your server. No Love Lost is a PvPvE extraction game for 1-10 players where crews compete to harvest Nectar on a dangerous alien planet. For admin commands and troubleshooting, see No Love Lost Admin Commands.
1. First Start
- Log in to GPanel and select your No Love Lost server.
- Go to the Startup tab and review the configurable variables (see Section 2).
- Set your SERVER_NAME and QUERY_PORT as needed.
- Return to the Console tab and click Start.
- Wait for the console to display a message containing
seconds to LoadMapto confirm the server is ready.

3. Server Configuration
No Love Lost uses Unreal Engine configuration files. After the first start, configuration files are generated at:
NoLoveLost/Saved/Config/WindowsServer/
Key configuration files include:
GameUserSettings.ini-- General game settings.Game.ini-- Game-specific configuration.
Stop the server before editing configuration files, then restart to apply changes.
4. Log Files
Server logs are located at:
NoLoveLost/Saved/Logs/NoLoveLost.log
Check this file for error messages if the server is not behaving as expected.
5. How to Connect
- Launch No Love Lost on Steam.
- From the main menu, select Multiplayer.
- Search for your server by name in the server browser.
- Select your server and click Join.
