Legion Hosting provides dedicated servers for online multiplayer games, including but not limited to: Minecraft, Ark: Survival Evolved, and Garry's Mod. We also provide web hosting and domain registration services. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any of our services at any time.
Our services are provided on a subscription basis, and you will be billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan you choose. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will not be refunded for any remaining time on your subscription. You will still have access to the service for the remaining time.
All refund requests must be made via a ticket on our website from logged in accounts. If the client opens a dispute, we reserve the right to suspend any and all of the client's services. All refunds will be provided as credit or via the original payment method at our discretion. If the client has opened any disputes on any transaction, refunds will only be provided at our discretion, and not in accordance with our refund policy. When a refund is issued, any related services will be terminated.
You are responsible for your conduct and any data, text, files, information, usernames, images, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications, links, and other content or materials (collectively, "Content") that you submit, post, or display on or through our services. You agree not to use our services to: Violate any laws or regulations Infringe on anyone's intellectual property rights Distribute spam or malicious software Engage in hate speech or discrimination Promote violence or terrorism
