ARK: Survival Evolved dedicated server. Stranded on the shores of a mysterious prehistoric island, players must hunt, harvest resources, craft items, grow crops, build shelter, and tame and ride the dinosaurs and primeval creatures roaming the land, working with or against hundreds of other players to survive. ARK Server API (ArkApi) is a plugin framework for ARK: Survival Evolved dedicated servers. It loads into the running server and exposes hooks that let compiled C++ plugins add features the base game does not have in-game shops with currency and kits (ArkShop), permission groups, PvP cooldowns, chat and admin tooling, and more. Plugins are installed by dropping their folder into ShooterGame/Binaries/Win64/ArkApi/Plugins. ArkApi is Windows-only software, so this runs the Windows server binary under Proton. The API itself is downloaded and installed automatically.
