This server runs the Bannerlord Co-op mod, so you and your friends can play the sandbox campaign together in one persistent world. Every player needs the same game version and the same Co-op mod version as the server, and joins from Join Co-op Sandbox in the game using the server's IP and port. The first install downloads about 4 GB and takes a few minutes.
